It is scientifically proven that our performance—both physically and cognitively—can only be sustained for a certain period. Typically, after 60 to 90 minutes of intense mental effort, we need a recovery break. At this point, the ability to formulate clear and focused thoughts diminishes.
Together with Kathi, we'll take a break from our daily work and stimulate your brain with non-work-related exercises. This way, you can actively reduce fatigue and transform lack of motivation into energy and productivity.
