Do you ever feel constrained by traditional notions of what it means to be a man? That you must hold back your feelings and always show strength? Do you find it difficult to talk about mental challenges without being pushed into outdated gender roles?
Topics such as mental health and emotional well-being often don't receive enough attention for men. It can be challenging to discuss personal struggles without feeling trapped in antiquated stereotypes.
In honor of Men's Health Day, we, together with psychologist Julian, we will delve into these issues. Our event provides a safe space to openly discuss mental health, emotions, and overcoming gender stereotypes. We'll discuss how we can collectively counteract stigma and foster a new understanding of masculinity that allows for health, openness, and emotional well-being. You'll also gain practical approaches to enhance your mental health and practice self-care.
